1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of and access to the Voilà Coach Business Audit service ("the Service") provided by Jordi, operating under the brand Voilà Coach ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. The Service
Voilà Coach offers personalised business audit packages. Each package includes a structured intake form, a one-to-one strategy call, and a written Business Audit report delivered by email as a PDF. The exact deliverables depend on the package selected at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing
We currently offer two packages:
- Standard Business Audit — €399
- Premium Business Audit — €999
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a complete refund promptly.
6. Delivery
After completing your intake form and strategy call, your Business Audit report will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 5 business days of your call.
7. Call Recording & AI-Assisted Report Generation
Our strategy calls may be recorded and transcribed to assist in producing your personalised Business Audit report. By booking and attending a call with us, you authorise Voilà Coach to record, transcribe, and analyse that conversation for the purpose of delivering your report.
Recordings and transcripts are used solely to produce your report and improve our service. They are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are deleted once your report has been delivered.
We may use AI-assisted tools to help analyse your information and generate report content. All outputs are reviewed by Jordi before delivery. The final report represents our professional judgement based on your answers and our conversation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Business Audit and any recommendations are based on the information you share and are intended as strategic guidance only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that results or recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. You remain solely responsible for any business decisions you make.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voilà Coach and Jordi are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business opportunities arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
10. Intellectual Property
All reports, materials, and content produced by Voilà Coach are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own business purposes but may not resell, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
11. User Obligations
By using our services you agree to: provide accurate and complete information; use our services only for lawful purposes; and not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. In such cases, a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at voila.coach. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement in the first instance.
